Ostrovit Zinc Picolinate provides 15 mg of zinc per tablet in picolinate form, equivalent to 150% of the Nutrient Reference Values, in one convenient daily dose.

Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, protection of cells from oxidative stress, maintenance of normal skin, maintenance of normal hair and maintenance of normal nails. Each box contains 150 tablets, providing a full 150-day supply at a rate of one tablet per day.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 serving (1 tablet) per day after a meal.
