Ostrovit ADEK provides a precise combination of four essential fat-soluble vitamins — A, D, E and K — in a single convenient tablet. Each serving provides 100% of the reference intake for vitamins A, E and K, together with as much as 2000 IU (50 µg) of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), supporting a wide range of the body's daily functions.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, maintenance of normal bones, maintenance of normal teeth and maintenance of normal muscle function. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision, maintenance of normal skin and normal function of the immune system. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones.

With 200 tablets per pack, Ostrovit ADEK provides an excellent supply lasting over six months at the recommended daily dose. The compact tablet format makes it easy to include in any daily routine.

Ingredients

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; starch, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (from lanolin) (vitamin D), retinyl acetate (vitamin A), menaquinone-7 MK-7 (vitamin K) from Bacillus subtilis natto (soy), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Usage & Dosage

Adults – take 1 serving (1 tablet) daily, preferably after a meal.

Warnings

It is recommended to have a 25-(OH)D blood test done and consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. The product is intended for healthy adults under 75 years of age. Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not consume the product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The product should not be used by children, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol). Keep out of reach of children.
