About Ostrovit – VITA&MINERALS Sport – 60 capsules
OstroVit VITA&MINERALS Sport is a complete supplement system with two capsules daily, specially designed for active adults. Together they provide a broad micronutrient profile suited to the increased nutritional needs of sport and regular physical activity.
The VIT-MULTI capsule combines high-potency vitamins — including vitamin C, vitamin D, B vitamins and vitamin E — with botanical extracts such as ashwagandha root extract, green tea leaf extract, nettle leaf extract and black pepper fruit extract standardized to 95% piperine. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and maintenance of normal muscle function.
The MIN-MULTI capsule provides key minerals including magnesium, calcium, zinc, selenium, iron, copper, chromium and manganese, together with potassium and iodine from Saccharina japonica (Japanese kelp) extract. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system and protection of cells from oxidative stress. Selenium contributes to the normal function of the immune system, maintenance of normal hair and maintenance of normal nails. Together these two capsules form a convenient, sport-oriented daily foundation.

Usage & Dosage
Take 1 serving (1 capsule VIT-MULTI and 1 capsule MIN-MULTI) daily, after the main meal. The product is intended for adults. It is recommended to have a 25-(OH)D blood test done and to consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
Warnings
NOTE! Due to the ingredients used in OstroVit MIN-MULTI 30 capsules (mainly selenium in the form of L-selenomethionine), the product has an irritating, unpleasant smell. Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The product should not be consumed when using sedatives, sleeping pills, antiepileptic drugs, and should not be used by children, pregnant women or during breastfeeding.
