INGREDIENTS:

100% Live Mumio VVV369 Extract (primary).

Live Mumio Extract, including: - fulvic acid - humic acid	0,2 g 0,4 g 0,01 g

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

For internal use: take 0.2 g of Live Mumio 1 or 2 times a day. Wash down with a cool, still, alcohol-free liquid (juice, tea, herbal infusion, water, milk, etc.). Preferably on an empty stomach and after the last evening meal. An amount of 0.2 g of mumio is roughly the size of a grain of rice. Do not take a larger portion, as the amount of mumio does not speed up its effect.

Mumio supplementation should be carried out for a period of 25 days. After this period, take a break of 5 to 8 days. If necessary, repeat the supplementation. Do not take mumio at the same time as medication. It is recommended to leave a gap of at least 20 to 30 minutes.
