DESCRIPTION:

Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) is a plant belonging to the legume family, found mainly in Europe and Asia. The herbal raw material is mainly its seeds, which are a rich source of protein, vitamins, mineral compounds and biologically active substances.

It has a positive effect on the digestive system, particularly the stomach.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
