Ostrovit Appetite Control is a carefully composed dietary supplement combining four key ingredients — Malabar tamarind extract (Garcinia Cambogia, standardised to 60% HCA), white bean extract, apple cider vinegar (standardised to 11% acetic acid), chromium and vitamin B12 — in a convenient daily dose of two capsules. Usage & Dosage

Take 1 serving (2 capsules) daily, preferably before a meal. The product is intended for adults.
