Take 1 serving (1 tablet) daily. Take once a day. Product intended for adults.

Hydrolyzed bovine collagen, glucosamine sulfate 2KCL (contains crustaceans), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), chondroitin sulfate, hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate), methylsulfonylmethane, Boswellia serrata oleoresin extract - 65% boswellic acid, cholecalciferol (vitamin D), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; manganese diglycinate (manganese).
