Ingredients

Instant oat flakes (contain gluten) 93.76%, freeze-dried apple 3%, Ceylon cinnamon 1.5%, apple fibre, flavouring, salt, sweetener: sucralose.

Usage & Dosage

Mix one 50 g serving of the product (4 scoops) with 200 ml of hot water or milk. Let stand for 5 minutes, then enjoy.
