Ostrovit Omega 3 + ADEK combines high-quality fish oil with a complete complex of fat-soluble vitamins — Vitamins A, D, E and K — in a single convenient capsule. Each capsule provides 1000 mg of fish oil, supplying 180 mg of EPA and 120 mg of DHA, along with significant daily doses of the four fat-soluble vitamins in their well-absorbed forms.

DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function and the maintenance of normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, maintenance of normal bones and maintenance of normal teeth. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones.

Ostrovit Omega 3 + ADEK is designed for adults, combining omega-3 fatty acids with fat-soluble vitamins in a single capsule taken once a day.

Ingredients

Fish oil, coating composition (gelatin, humectant: glycerol, water), DL-alpha tocopherol acetate (Vitamin E), cholecalciferol (Vitamin D), retinyl palmitate (Vitamin A), menaquinone-7 MK-7 (Vitamin K) from Bacillus subtilis natto.

Capsule shell: Gelatin, humectant: glycerol, water.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 serving (1 capsule) per day, preferably after a meal. Drink with plenty of water.

Warnings

Do not exceed recommended dose. A food supplement cannot replace a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not consume if allergic to any of the ingredients. The product is intended for adults. The product should not be used by children, pregnant women, breastfeeding women, or people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (for example warfarin and acenocoumarol). Keep out of reach of children. It is advisable to have a 25-(OH)D blood test done and to consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
