Ostrovit EAAdvanced is a complete formula with essential amino acids designed to support your training routine. Each serving of 12 g provides 6,375 mg EAA — including branched-chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine) together with L-lysine, L-glutamine, L-threonine, L-phenylalanine, L-tyrosine, L-arginine, L-histidine, L-tryptophan, L-methionine and L-cysteine, providing a broad amino acid profile in a convenient powder.

The formula is also enriched with an electrolyte blend totalling 947 mg per serving, combining potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium and chloride. Vitamin B6 is also included. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function.

EAAdvanced comes in the refreshing Miami Vibes flavour, mixes easily in 200 ml of water, and comes in a 540 g tub providing 45 servings. It is suitable for use on both training and rest days, making it a flexible addition to your daily supplement routine.

Ingredients

BCAA branched-chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, emulsifier: lecithins), acidity regulator: citric acid; potassium citrate (potassium), L-lysine hydrochloride, flavourings, L-glutamine, calcium carbonate (calcium), magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium), L-threonine, L-phenylalanine, sodium chloride (sodium, chloride), L-tyrosine, bulking agent: isomalt; L-arginine, L-histidine, beet juice concentrate in powder, L-tryptophan, L-methionine, L-cysteine hydrochloride, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

Usage & Dosage

Serving 12 g (2 level scoops) — dissolve in 200 ml of water. On training days, take one serving before a meal or training, the second serving after training. On rest days, 1 serving between two meals.
