Ostrovit Magnesium Malate is a pure, unflavoured powder supplement that combines magnesium in its malate form with active vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate). Each daily serving provides 150 mg of magnesium and 5 mg of vitamin B6, for a convenient and easily soluble addition to your daily intake of micronutrients.

Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal muscle function and normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and normal functioning of the nervous system. Together they form a well-balanced combination that supports everyday vitality.

Usage & Dosage

1 serving = 2 g (2 scoops) dissolved in 100–150 ml of water. Take one serving per day. Use the measuring scoop included in the pack (1 ml).
