Betaine citrate	500 mg

Organoleptic properties: white acidic powder with a crystalline texture, dissolves excellently in water.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Daily serving - 500 mg (equivalent to 1 and 1/2 of the measuring scoop included with the product).
Dissolve in water. Do not consume the pure powder.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. The preparation is recommended for adults. The product should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Should not be used by people predisposed to kidney stones or suffering from kidney stone disease.

STORAGE: Store away from sunlight, at a temperature below 25°C, in the original packaging, out of reach of small children. Store the product in a dry place, as exposure to moisture will cause it to clump faster. Clumping does not affect the properties of the substance.
