DESCRIPTION:
Food supplement B Complex is a formula representing an innovative combination of B vitamins. It stands out with a fresh approach to B vitamin supplementation, combining different forms of the same vitamins in one preparation.
The preparation contains vitamins:
- B1 in the form of thiamine and cocarboxylase,
- B2 in the form of riboflavin and R-5-P
- B3 in the form of niacin
- B5 in the form of calcium pantothenate
- B6 in the form of pyridoxine and P5P
- B7 as D-biotin
- B8 as myo-inositol
- B9 Quatrefolic as active folic acid 5-MTHF
- B12 as hydroxocobalamin

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
1 capsule daily. The B Complex supplement should be taken during or after a meal.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. The preparation is recommended for adults. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before using the product.
