DESCRIPTION:

7Nutrition Melatonin is a food supplement containing synthetic melatonin - a chemical compound identical to the sleep hormone naturally produced in the body.

INGREDIENTS:

Melatonin; bulking agent - inulin; cellulose capsule (HPMC).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Take 1 capsule, preferably 30 minutes before sleep, or otherwise after consulting a doctor. Do not use while driving vehicles, do not combine with alcohol consumption or other medications. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion for consumption. Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients.
