Osavi ADEK Vitamins provides a carefully composed blend of four fat-soluble vitamins — A, D3, K2 and E — in a single convenient softgel. Each capsule contains carefully selected forms of all the nutrients: beta-carotene for vitamin A, cholecalciferol for vitamin D3, menaquinone-7 for vitamin K2 and D-alpha-tocopherol for vitamin E, all suspended in MCT oil.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, maintenance of normal bones and maintenance of normal muscle function. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, maintenance of normal vision and normal function of the immune system.

Ingredients

MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides), shell (bovine gelatine, humectant: glycerol, water), vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol), thickener: beeswax, vitamin A (beta-carotene), emulsifier: lecithins (from sunflower), vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

Capsule shell: bovine gelatine, humectant: glycerol, water.

Usage & Dosage

Recommended daily intake: 1 softgel, taken with or right after a meal, swallowed with a glass of water.

Warnings

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. This product contains vitamin A — should not be taken during pregnancy. People taking anticoagulants should consult a doctor before taking supplements containing vitamin K. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. The presence of ingredients of natural origin may cause minor variations in the colour of the capsules. This does not affect the quality of the product. Seek professional advice before using this product if you are under medical supervision, breastfeeding, or suffer from food allergies.
