DESCRIPTION:

The dietary supplement contains 3 standardised plant extracts, combined for optimal support of falling asleep and calming down through their joint, synergistic action aimed at improving sleep quality.

INGREDIENTS:

Passion flower herb extract (Passiflora incarnata), hop cone extract (Humulus lupulus), shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis), inulin.

Hop cone extract (Humulus lupulus), DER 5:1, standardised to min. 0.5% flavonoids (expressed as rutin)	100 mg 0,5 mg
Lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis), DER 4:1, standardised to min. 2% rosmarinic acid	80 mg 1,6 mg

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Swallow the capsule with water. We suggest taking it 1 hour before sleep.
