Usage & Dosage

Take 3 scoops (4.7 g) daily. Mix 3 scoops of powder in 200 ml of water. Drink the mixture immediately after preparation. The presence of sediment is a natural phenomenon and does not affect the quality of the product. We recommend intake together with a meal or immediately after.
