DESCRIPTION:
Fenugreek is one of the oldest herbs traditionally used in ancient Greece, Egypt and China. Fenugreek makes an excellent addition to your daily diet. Fenugreek is also used for problems with sugar. A study conducted in India on people given insulin showed that powdered fenugreek seeds lower glucose levels and harmful fats in the blood.

Fenugreek seed extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum), inulin, shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
