Osavi Super Strong Omega 3 offers a highly concentrated fish oil formula that provides at least 500 mg EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 250 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) per capsule, in a highly bioavailable triglyceride form (TG). Each daily capsule provides at least 800 mg total omega-3 fatty acids from premium pelagic fish oil, primarily sourced from anchovy.

DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function and the maintenance of normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA. With 500 mg EPA and 250 mg DHA per capsule, a single soft capsule a day comfortably reaches and exceeds this level.

Osavi's formula is stabilised with mixed tocopherols to protect the oil against oxidation, ensuring freshness and quality throughout the product's shelf life. With 90 soft capsules per pack, this product provides a convenient 90-day supply at the recommended dose of one capsule per day.

Usage & Dosage

1 capsule per day, together with a meal.
