Osavi Ashwagandha KSM-66 provides 200 mg of ashwagandha root extract per vegan capsule. KSM-66® is produced using a patented extraction process that preserves the natural balance of the root's bioactive constituents and is standardised to a minimum of 5% withanolides (10 mg per serving), equivalent to a minimum of 2000 mg whole ashwagandha root per capsule.
Each capsule contains only clean, plant-based ingredients — including inulin as a filler and an HPMC capsule shell — making the formula suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Usage & Dosage
Take 1 capsule daily, after a meal. Swallow with a glass of water.
