Skill Nutrition Pre-Workout in the flavour Tropical Punch is a complete pre-training powder developed for adults with an active lifestyle. Each 16 g serving (3 scoops) provides a precisely dosed combination of well-documented ingredients — including Citrulline Malate, Creatine Monohydrate, Beta-Alanine and a dual caffeine system.

The caffeine blend combines 250 mg Caffeine Anhydrous with 50 mg Xtenergy®, together with L-Theanine (TheaGreen™). Vitacholine® (choline bitartrate), Korean Ginseng Root Extract and AstraGin® (a patented blend of extracts from Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus) complete the ingredient profile.

Ingredients

Usage & Dosage

Dissolve 3 scoops (16 g) of powder in 300 ml water. Drink approximately 30 minutes before training. Beginners should start with a lower dose (1 scoop). Do not exceed recommended dose.
