Skill Pre-Workout from Skill Nutrition is a complete pre-training powder developed for adults with an active lifestyle who want to prepare body and mind for serious training. Each 16 g serving contains 6000 mg Citrulline Malate, 3000 mg Creatine Monohydrate and 2400 mg Beta-Alanine, together with a caffeine blend combining caffeine anhydrous (250 mg) with Xtenergy delayed-release caffeine (50 mg), totalling 300 mg per serving.

The formula also contains L-Tyrosine, Taurine, Vitacholine (choline bitartrate) and L-Theanine (TheaGreen). B vitamins — Niacin at 625% of the reference intake, Vitamin B6 at 429% of the reference intake and Vitamin B12 at 4000% of the reference intake — are included in the formula. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and normal psychological function. Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and normal psychological function. AstraGin®, a unique extract blend of Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus, is included in the formula.

The powder, available in a fresh Green Apple flavour, is sweetened with sucralose and steviol glycosides from Stevia and comes in a 400 g tub that provides approximately 25 servings. It is suitable for vegan and vegetarian athletes.

Ingredients

Usage & Dosage

Dissolve 3 scoops (16 g) of powder in 300 ml water. Drink approximately 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Powdered food supplement for athletes to take before training. The product is intended for adults with increased physical activity. The product contains sweeteners. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Contains caffeine (300 mg/day). Should not be consumed together with other products containing caffeine or other ingredients with similar effects. Storage
