Skill Nutrition's Pre-Workout in Blue Raspberry is a powder formula developed for adults with increased physical activity. Each 16 g serving (3 scoops) contains Citrulline Malate, Creatine Monohydrate and Beta-Alanine, together with a dual caffeine system combining caffeine anhydrous with Xtenergy® slow-release caffeine for a total of 300 mg per serving.
The formula also contains L-Tyrosine, Taurine, VitaCholine™ (choline bitartrate) and L-Theanine (TheaGreen™). Root extract from Korean ginseng and AstraGin® — an extract from Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus — round out the ingredient profile.
Presented in a refreshing Blue Raspberry flavour, this 400 g tub provides 25 servings. It suits both vegans and vegetarians and is sweetened with sucralose and steviol glycosides from Stevia, making it free from sugar-based sweeteners.

Usage & Dosage
Dissolve 3 scoops (16 g) of powder in 300 ml water. Drink approximately 30 minutes before training.

Storage
Store in a dark, dry place at room temperature, out of reach of small children. Do not discard the desiccant. If the product is not stored correctly, the powder may clump due to the hygroscopic ingredients.
