DESCRIPTION:

Himalayan shilajit, also known as mumijo, has been used in Ayurveda for centuries.

• Shilajit (Asphaltum punjabianum) Himalayan, standardised for fulvic and humic acid content
• Himalayan shilajit naturally sourced from the Karakoram and Zanskar mountain ranges.
• The product is formed from organic and mineral matter through a naturally occurring process spanning centuries.

Shilajit eases unpleasant digestive discomfort and improves digestion. In addition, Asphaltum punjabianum helps prevent obesity by supporting the reduction of body fat.

INGREDIENTS:

Shilajit (Asphaltum punjabianum).

Contains per serving:	500 mg:
Shilajit (Asphaltum punjabianum)	500 mg
fulvic acids (40 - 60 %)	200 - 300 mg
humic acids (6 - 18 %)	30 - 90 mg

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Dissolve 250 mg (measured using the graduated 0.25 g marking on the included stick) in warm water or another warm beverage. Take twice a day.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
