Usage & Dosage
Recommended intake: 1–3 capsules per day. Each capsule contains 113 mg magnesium (30% of NRV) and 1.4 mg vitamin B6 P-5-P (100% of NRV). Daily dose: 3 capsules (3000 mg magnesium malate).
