Osavi's Liposomal Vitamin B12 provides 100 µg of methylcobalamin per capsule — one of the most bioavailable forms of vitamin B12 — encapsulated using the patented Liposovit®-B12 liposomal technology. Liposomal encapsulation uses phosphatidylcholine to form protective lipid layers around the active ingredient, supporting its stability and absorption in the body.

Vitamin B12 contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal psychological function. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal red blood cell formation. Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Presented in a convenient vegan capsule taken once a day, made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), this formula is free from gluten, lactose, gelatine, soy, GMOs, sweeteners and preservatives — a suitable choice for vegans, vegetarians and those with common dietary sensitivities.

Usage & Dosage

Swallow 1 capsule per day with water. It is recommended to take it in the morning after a meal.
