INGREDIENTS:
White peony root extract (Paeonia lactiflora) standardized to contain a minimum of 5% paeoniflorin. Capsule composition: Vegetable cellulose (vegetarian).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
1 capsule daily. Swallow the capsule and wash it down with plenty of water, after a meal.
