INGREDIENTS:

10:1 extract from common perilla seeds (Perilla frutescens). Capsule composition: plant-based cellulose (vegetarian).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule once daily. Swallow the capsule and wash it down with plenty of water, after a meal.
