Ingredients:

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, zinc (zinc picolinate), copper (copper gluconate)

Capsule composition: plant-based cellulose (vegetarian).

Active ingredient	1 capsule
Zinc picolinate	75 mg
including zinc (20%)	15 mg (150%*)
Copper gluconate	10,7 mg
including copper (14%)	1,5 mg (150%*)

*RDA - Reference intake. 

Directions for use:

1 capsule once daily. Swallow the capsule and wash it down with plenty of water, after a meal.
