YANGO Inositol (120 caps)

Inositol is also called vitamin B8, although it is not actually a vitamin. It is a type of sugar that affects insulin response as well as several hormones related to mood and cognitive function.

INGREDIENTS:

Myo-inositol. Capsule composition: Vegetable cellulose (vegetarian).

Ingredients	1 capsule	4 capsules
Myo-inositol	500 mg	2000 mg

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

2 capsules twice a day. Swallow the capsule and wash it down with plenty of water, after a meal.
