DESCRIPTION:

Choline, also known as vitamin B4, is a water-soluble organic substance that the human liver is able to produce on its own in trace amounts. To avoid choline deficiency, it should be supplied through the diet.

Choline is a natural compound capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier.

Choline deficiency can cause, among other things, liver problems, disturbances in lipid metabolism, difficulty concentrating
and reduced immunity.

Regular choline supplementation supports:
-maintenance of normal homocysteine metabolism
-maintenance of normal lipid metabolism
-maintenance of normal liver function

Added Inositol

Inositol is classified as a vitamin-like compound. It is also sometimes called vitamin B8. It is synthesized mainly in the brain and partly in the liver and kidneys. It serves as a building block for cell membranes. It is found mainly in meat, dairy and cereal products. Inositol together with choline are among the main components of lecithin and cell membranes. The synergistic action of these two compounds affects cholesterol conversion.

INGREDIENTS:

Choline bitartrate, myo-inositol. Capsule composition: Vegetable cellulose (vegetarian).

Ingredients	1 capsule	Per daily serving (2 capsules)
Choline (choline bitartrate)	250 mg	500 mg
Inositol (Myo-inositol)	250 mg	500 mg

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule twice a day. Swallow the capsule and wash it down with plenty of water, after a meal.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
