DESCRIPTION:

Diatomite, also known as diatomaceous earth, is a crumbled sedimentary rock formed from the shells of diatoms, i.e. the shells of single-celled microscopic organisms (so-called phytoplankton), living millions of years ago in fresh and salt waters.

INGREDIENTS:

100% diatomaceous earth
Capsule shell: plant cellulose

Active ingredient	1 capsule	3 capsules
Diatomaceous earth including silica (93%) of which silicon (47%)	320 mg 298 mg 140 mg	960 mg 893 mg 420 mg

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

3 capsules once daily. Swallow the capsules and wash down with plenty of water, after a meal.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
