DESCRIPTION:

Red maca is a variety of the root characterised by its intense red colour. This is the result of a specific root-drying process, thanks to which it retains its nutritional values and properties.

INGREDIENTS:

red maca root extract (Lepidium meyenii) 10:1. Capsule composition: plant cellulose.

Active ingredient	1 capsule contains
Red maca - 10:1 extract	430 mg

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule once daily. Swallow the capsules and wash down with plenty of water, after a meal.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
