Recommended intake:12 drops 3 times a day, after a meal.

Directions for use:Measure out a portion using the dropper, dilute in a small amount of water and drink. After opening, store in the refrigerator and use within 10 weeks.

Ingredients:purified water, carrier: glycerin; fenugreek seed extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum) 10:1, natural raspberry flavour; acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate.
