INGREDIENTS:

bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, fish collagen type I and III, acid
L-ascorbic (vitamin C), BioPerine® black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum) standardized to min. 95% piperine content. Capsule shell: plant cellulose

Ingredients:	1 capsule contains:
Collagen type I and III	50 000 µg
Black pepper BioPerine® - extract including piperine (95%)	2 mg 1,9 mg
Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid)	12 mg (15% RDA)

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule once daily. Swallow and wash down with plenty of water, after the first meal.
