YANGO St. John's wort (90 caps)

St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum) is a perennial herb belonging to the St. John's wort family. It grows naturally in Central and Eastern Europe, North America, South America, Asia and North Africa. In Poland it is a common species, growing in meadows, clearings and the edges of forest slopes. Due to its wealth of active substances, it has been used for centuries in folk herbalism, earning it the name "St. John's wort". The flavonoids contained in St. John's wort have a relaxing effect on smooth muscle. They also help strengthen blood vessels. Supplementation with St. John's wort is often recommended for people struggling with gastritis and enteritis, gallstones, kidney stones, liver disease, peripheral blood circulation stagnation, functional disorders of the digestive tract, and spastic conditions of the stomach and bile ducts.

INGREDIENTS:

Extract of St. John's wort herb (Hypericum perforatum) 10:1. Capsule composition: Plant cellulose (vegetarian).

St. John's wort - extract 10:1	400 mg

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule daily. Swallow the capsule and wash it down with plenty of water after a meal.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
