Turmeric comes from the same family as ginger. It is a plant found most commonly in Asian and Middle Eastern countries. Its main and most important component is curcumin.

Turmeric root shows anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, thanks to which it has a wide application in traditional Indian medicine. Turmeric root is also a rich source of vitamins and minerals.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule twice a day. Swallow the capsule and wash it down with a large amount of water during or after a meal. It is recommended to take it with fats, e.g. with flaxseed oil or olive oil.
