DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule daily with a sufficient amount of water. For optimal absorption, the preparation should be taken about thirty minutes before a meal. Do not take at the same time as dietary supplements containing mineral elements such as calcium, magnesium, iron or zinc. Do not take at the same time as dairy products.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
