DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Take 1 capsule once daily with a main meal containing fat, washed down with sufficient water.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. A healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet should be maintained. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the preparation. The product should not be used by people with hypercalcaemia (elevated calcium levels in the blood serum), hypercalciuria (elevated calcium concentration in the urine), or those taking coumarin derivatives (e.g. warfarin). Do not open the capsules.
