COMPOSITION:

L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), iron bisglycinate (iron), capsule shell ingredient: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glazing agent: gellan gum, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 tablet daily, before a meal, with a sufficient amount of liquid. Do not take with coffee or black tea.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
