COMPOSITION:

R-alpha lipoic acid, capsule shell ingredient: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, neutral methacrylate copolymer, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule daily, in the morning before a meal or at least 2 hours after a meal, with a sufficient amount of water.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
