About Conteh Sports – Hydra Flow, Citrus Burst – 300g
Conteh Sports Hydra Flow is a premium powdered drink made from a carefully selected blend of electrolytes, plant extracts and essential vitamins. Each refreshing Citrus Burst serving contains 3000mg Cocomineral® — a mineral complex derived from coconut — along with elderberry fruit extract 10:1.
Hydra Flow contains vitamin C and vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid).
With 60 servings per 300g tub, Hydra Flow mixes easily with water to give a light, refreshing citrus-flavoured drink. It is suitable for vegans, vegetarians, and those following a gluten-free or lactose-free diet.

Usage & Dosage
Add 1 heaped scoop (5g) to at least 500ml of water, shake vigorously and drink. Use 1–3 servings throughout the day for optimal hydration.
