Ingredients

Citrulline malate, L-arginine HCl, CarnoSyn® (beta-alanine), taurine, amino acids (L-tyrosine), acids (malic acid, citric acid), caffeine blend (arabica coffee bean extract, green tea extract, white tea extract, black tea extract, green coffee bean extract), L-theanine, olive leaf extract, cinnamon, black pepper extract, anti-caking agents (waxy corn starch, rice starch, silicon dioxide, tricalcium phosphate, magnesium oxide), natural and artificial flavours, colours (calcium carbonate, beetroot powder), potassium citrate, MCT oil (fractionated coconut oil), salt, sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides (stevia leaf extract)).

Usage & Dosage

As a dietary supplement, mix 1/2 to 1 serving in 10–12 fl oz (300–360 mL) cold water, shake for 5–10 seconds and drink 20–30 minutes before training. First-time users: mix 1/4–1/2 serving in 8 fl oz water to assess tolerance. Never exceed 2 servings per 24 hours. Should not be consumed within 4 hours of bedtime.
