The formula contains Mutant Mass Pro-Matrix, a multi-source protein blend combining Whey Protein Concentrate, Hydrolyzed Whey Protein, Whey Protein Isolate, Micellar Casein, Milk Protein Concentrate and Milk Protein Isolate — providing 26.1 g of naturally occurring essential amino acids (EAA) and 12.2 g BCAA per serving. Carbo Blend is based on Waxy Maize Starch, Maltodextrin, Barley Starch, Sweet Potato and Rolled Oat to provide 192 g of carbohydrates per serving.

Usage & Dosage

Add 750–1000 ml (~24–32 fl oz) of water to a blender or large shaker cup, then add 4 scoops of MUTANT MASS; blend or shake for 20–30 seconds. Always add liquid first, then add MUTANT MASS. On training days, take 1 serving (4 scoops) immediately after your workout. On rest days, take 2 scoops in the morning and 2 scoops in the afternoon.
