Usage & Dosage

With blender: For healthy adults only: mix 1 serving (140g) with 8–20 fl oz (240–600 ml) of cold water, milk or another beverage and blend to desired consistency.
With shaker cup: For healthy adults only: mix 1 serving (140g) with 8–24 fl oz (240–720 ml) of cold water, milk or another beverage and shake to desired consistency.
Always add liquid first, then Mutant Mass. Up to 2 servings per day can be used. On training days, take 1 serving (4 scoops) immediately after training. On rest days, take 2 scoops in the morning and 2 scoops in the afternoon.
