Usage & Dosage

Add 12–20 fl oz (360–600 ml) of water to a shaker or blender, then add 1 serving of powder; shake or blend for 15–20 seconds. You can use 2 servings per day. On training days, take 1 serving (4 scoops) immediately after your workout. On rest days, take 2 scoops in the morning and 2 scoops in the afternoon.
