Usage & Dosage

To achieve the desired effect, mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 250 ml of cold water and consume twice daily. Do not exceed 2 servings in a 24-hour period. Maintain good fluid balance during use. Read the entire label before use and follow the stated instructions.
