Usage & Dosage

To assess your tolerance, mix 1 scoop (8g) with 250ml of cold water and consume approximately 30 minutes before your workout. Once tolerance has been assessed, increase to 2 scoops (16g) with 500ml of cold water. Do not exceed 2 scoops (16g) within a 24-hour period. Maintain adequate hydration during use.

Warnings

Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. It is recommended not to exceed a daily intake of 400mg of caffeine from all sources combined (200mg for pregnant or breastfeeding women). Due to the presence of creatine, this product is intended for adults only. Not intended for persons under 18 years of age. Allura Red AC may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose or use over an extended period without consulting a doctor. Do not use in case of myocardial infarction (heart attack).
