Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (25g) with 150–300ml cold water and shake well. Take 3 servings of Diet Whey daily (morning, afternoon & evening). Can be mixed with cereal, porridge and used in baking to boost protein content. Scoops are an estimated measure only; we recommend using kitchen scales.
