Pumpage from Trained by JP is a stimulant-free pre-workout powder created for athletes and gymgoers who want to maximise their training sessions without relying on caffeine. Delivered in a fresh Orange & Mango flavour, each 10g serving contains a carefully selected combination of ingredients used in pre-workout routines.

At the core of Pumpage is 3000mg L-Citrulline, 2500mg GlycerSize™ (Glycerol 65% Powder) and 1000mg Betaine Anhydrous, together with 1000mg Taurine and the trademarked mushroom blend Peak O2® – a patented combination of six mushrooms, including Cordyceps, Reishi and Lion's Mane. The formula is complemented with 50mg S7®, a blend of seven plant-based ingredients, as well as Himalayan pink salt.

With 40 servings per 400g tub, Pumpage is designed to combine smoothly with other products from Trained by JP, such as DIAL-IN or JPRE STIM, giving you the flexibility to tailor your pre-workout stack to your specific training goals. Simply mix one scoop with water and take it before your session.

Ingredients

L-Citrulline, Glycerol 65% Powder (as GlycerSize™), Betaine Anhydrous, Taurine, Peak O2® (Cordyceps, Reishi, King Trumpet, Shiitake, Lion's Mane), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Flavouring, Himalayan Pink Salt, Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Sweetener (Sucralose), S7® (Green Coffee Bean Extract, Green Tea Extract, Turmeric Extract, Tart Cherry, Blueberry, Broccoli, Kale), Colour (E133).

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (10g) with 250–300ml water and drink before training. Can be combined with DIAL-IN or JPRE STIM.

Due to the high amount of GlycerSize in this product, it may clump. Colours may have a negative effect on activity and attention in children. Not certified gluten-free (no known gluten in the raw materials, but not third-party tested). Not Halal/Kosher certified. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
